What does the $100 deposit cover?
The deposit reserves your promo slot and kicks off the design process. It's applied toward your total price — it's not an extra fee.
What do you mean by "7 days"?
Seven calendar days from when you submit your brief. You'll receive a live preview link you can click and explore. If we don't deliver in time, your deposit is fully refunded.
What if I don't like the preview?
You get up to 5 revision rounds to tweak the design, layout, copy, and functionality. If after revisions it's still not right, we'll work with you to make it right or refund your deposit.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If we fail to deliver your preview within 7 days, you get a full refund. You can also cancel before we start building and receive a refund.
How many revisions do I get?
Every tier includes up to 5 revision rounds. Need more? You can purchase additional revision rounds at $100 each.
Do I own the code?
Absolutely. Once you approve and pay the remaining balance, we deliver the full source code. It's yours — host it anywhere, modify it however you like.
Do I need hosting?
We provide a hosted preview during the build. After delivery, you can host it yourself or add our Managed Hosting add-on ($60/mo or $600/year).
What if the slot I want is sold out?
Promo slots are first come, first served. If your preferred tier is gone, grab the next available one. Prices only go up, so earlier is better.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
The tier you claim is the price you pay. There's no need to upgrade — every tier gets the exact same quality website. The only difference is the price.
