These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Website Bonanza ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at thewebsitebonanza.com and any related services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Identity of the Seller
"Website Bonanza" is a brand operated by MF Automations LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. All payments under these Terms are made to MF Automations LLC.

2. Services
Website Bonanza provides custom website design and development services. You reserve a pricing slot with a $100 deposit, submit a creative brief, and receive a live preview of your completed website within 7 calendar days of brief submission. The deposit is applied toward your total project price.
3. Deposits, Payment & Currency
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your pricing slot. All prices on this site are stated and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). This deposit is:
- Applied in full toward your total project price — it is not an additional fee
- Processed securely through Stripe, Inc. — Stripe is our payment processor and is required to complete checkout
- Non-transferable between slots or projects
The remaining balance is due only after you review and approve your preview. We will not charge the remaining balance without your explicit approval. Additional services (add-ons) are billed separately at the prices listed on our website. Applicable U.S. state sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other transactional taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location and applicable law.
Strong Customer Authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure): If you are a customer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requiring SCA, your payment method may prompt for 3-D Secure authentication. Failure to complete authentication will cancel the transaction.
4. Refund Policy & 14-Day Satisfaction Window
Your $100 deposit is fully refundable in any of the following circumstances:
- We fail to deliver a preview link within 7 calendar days of your brief submission
- You cancel your project before we begin building (before brief submission)
- You request a refund within 14 calendar days of preview delivery for any reason ("satisfaction window")
- After all included revision rounds have been used and you remain unsatisfied with the result
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe. Once you have approved the preview and paid the remaining balance, the project is considered complete and the satisfaction window closes; refunds are not offered on completed deliveries past that point. Add-on services that have already been performed (for example, copywriting drafts already produced or rush fees already accrued) are non-refundable to the extent of the work performed; any unused portion is refundable on request. Paid revision rounds (rounds 6 and beyond at $100 each, see Section 6) are refundable until the revision work has begun.
5. Project Timeline
The 7-day build timeline begins when you submit your completed creative brief, not when you pay the deposit. You are responsible for submitting your brief promptly after checkout. Delays in brief submission do not extend any guarantees. We will notify you via email when your preview is ready.
6. Revision Rounds
Every project includes up to 5 revision rounds. A revision round consists of a set of consolidated change requests submitted at one time. Additional revision rounds beyond the included 5 are available at $100 per round (USD), charged separately. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of preview delivery.
7. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership
Upon receipt of your final payment (remaining balance after approval), full ownership of the delivered website source code transfers to you. You may host, modify, distribute, or resell the code without restriction.
Excluded from transfer:
- Third-party libraries, fonts, frameworks, and components used in your site, which remain governed by their original open-source or commercial licenses (for example, Inter font under the SIL Open Font License, npm packages under their respective licenses).
- Stock photography, illustrations, or media licensed by us from third-party providers, which is sublicensed to you under the original provider's terms.
- Content (logos, images, copy) you supplied to us — your ownership of that content is unchanged; we make no claim to it.
- Generic patterns, code snippets, design techniques, and reusable utilities developed in the course of your project, which Website Bonanza retains the right to use in other projects.
Prior to final payment, the work-in-progress remains the property of Website Bonanza. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
To receive your website in 7 days, you agree to:
- Submit your creative brief within 48 hours of checkout
- Provide all required content (text, images, logos) as requested
- Respond to our questions within 24 hours during the build period
- Provide consolidated, clear feedback during revision rounds
Delays caused by your failure to provide required materials or timely feedback may void the 7-day delivery guarantee.
9. Scope of Services
Our standard build includes up to 5 web pages. Additional pages, e-commerce functionality, third-party API integrations, custom backend systems, or other features beyond the standard scope may require a separate quote. We will notify you if your brief falls outside standard scope before beginning work.
10. Managed Hosting Add-On — Auto-Renewal Disclosure
If you purchase the optional Managed Hosting add-on, the following auto-renewal terms apply (in compliance with the U.S. FTC "Click-to-Cancel" rule, the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602), and equivalent EU consumer-rights rules):
- Billing frequency: $60 per month, or $600 per year if billed annually (USD).
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by (i) clicking the "Cancel Subscription" link in your billing portal, or (ii) emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel hosting." Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through the period you have already paid for.
- Renewal reminders: For annual subscriptions, we will email you a renewal reminder at least 15 days before each renewal. For monthly subscriptions we send a reminder at first sign-up summarizing the recurring charge.
- Refunds on hosting: Hosting is sold by the month or year. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months/years on cancellation, but you keep the service through the period already paid for.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us at [email protected] first — most issues are resolved within one business day. You retain all rights to dispute a charge through your card issuer (a "chargeback") under Stripe's standard dispute process and the rules of your card network (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We will respond to all chargebacks through Stripe within the timelines set by the card networks. Filing a chargeback for a charge that we have already refunded, or for services you have accepted in writing, may result in suspension of your account.
12. Limitation of Liability
Website Bonanza's (and MF Automations LLC's) total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right under the law of your jurisdiction.
13. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services, and may not ask us to build a website, for any of the following purposes:
- Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or financial deception
- Distribution of malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawfully discriminatory content
- Infringement of any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or trade-secret rights
- Unsolicited commercial email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR/PECR
- Automated scraping or unauthorized access to third-party services
- Illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, or unlicensed pharmaceutical sales
- Adult / sexually explicit content without compliant age verification
- Any content directed at, or that knowingly collects data from, children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), in violation of COPPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR Article 8, or equivalent laws
- DMCA-infringing content; we will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices
- Any other activity that violates applicable U.S. federal, state, or international law
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend a build, or cancel and refund a project at our discretion if a brief falls within these prohibitions.
14. DMCA Designated Agent & Takedown Procedure
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), MF Automations LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement on websites we host or deliver:

Registration status: the Designated Agent is in the process of being registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory; registration confirmation is pending. Until registration is finalized, we will continue to honor all valid takedown notices received at the contact details above.
Notice requirements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). A valid notification of claimed infringement must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material — including a URL or other location sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notice. If material you posted has been removed pursuant to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same Designated Agent contact above. Bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Repeat-infringer policy. In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of customers or end-users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For active projects, the Terms in effect at the time of your deposit apply.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any non-waivable consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction.
